1. Respectful team-mates but managers can be a bit too direct.

1. Salary raise process does not follow a strict rule, it depends on the relationships between the employee and the managers. 2. They used to be very flexible with remote opportunities and flexible hours, but now they are not, they are just like another typical business in the area in this regard. 3. Rising through the ranks is too slow and there are a lot of preconditions that are not even practiced on duty.
