Based on my experience, the company could improve its employment structure and professional communication. Clear written contracts, consistent commitments, and better alignment between verbal agreements and actual practice would make the workplace more transparent and reliable. I also felt that professional skills and prior experience were not fully recognized or valued. The environment may be more suitable for fresh or less-experienced employees who require close supervision, rather than experienced professionals seeking clear agreements, autonomy, trust, and structured career growth.
