Pros
It's a very respectful and peaceful environment and you get to learn a lot if you are just starting your career. Also the offices and rest times are really good.
Cons
The salary is very Low for most of people and usually you do more than it's said on the contract and you will not get compensation for it or extra salary, also after 1-3 years your salary still won't change unless you do a special request for it to increase in which most cases won't be approved.
